Drawing Class. 1PM. $25 + Materials. Materials needed: Koh-I-Noor Gioconda Drawing Set, Strathmore 400-4 9" X 12" Sketch Pad, Grumbacher Fixative.

This is a delightful sketch of a rowboat on a lake drawn with charcoal. In this 2 Hour class we will draw this. Registration is required at least 24 hours before class either at the front register or online at www.michaels.com or click here

This week in our beginners' acrylic painting class we will paint "Holiday Boots". Colors used are Titanium White, Ultramarine Blue, Cad. Red Light, Cad. Yellow Med., Raw Umber and Burnt Sienna. Classes are $25 + Materials. A material kit is available in the store. Wear old clothes and bring a plastic cup, paper plate, paper towels. We've been having lots of fun at the kid's acrylic painting class. This week we will paint one of the favorites "Northern Lights". Ages 7+ $15 + Materials. Material kits available in store. Colors used are Titanium White, Ultramarine Blue, Cad. Red Light, Cad. Yellow Med., Thalo Blue, Alizarin Crimson. We will also use an acrylic medium provided in class. Paintings of the Week

 

On Monday, Nov. 24 at 1PM. Koh-I-Noor Drawing Class. We will be drawing this lovely still life called "Peacock & Candles". You will need a Koh-I-Noor Gioconda Drawing Set , 9" X 12" Sketch Book and a can of Grumbacher Fixative. Registration is required. Stop by the store or register online at michaels.com

 

Beginners' Acrylic Painting Class is at 3PM. We will paint "Orange Lilies". Colors needed are Ultramarine Blue, Titanium White, Cad. Yellow Med., Cad. Yellow Light, Cad. Red Light, Alizarin Crimson, Hooker's Green.

 

In the kids' painting class at 5:30PM we will paint "Windswept". Colors needed are Ultramarine Blue, Thalo Blue, Alizarin Crimson, Cad. Red Light, Cad, Yellow Med., Titanium White. Registration is required either at the store or at michaels.com

One day only! Saturday, November 15, save $10 on Beginners' Painting and Drawing Classes at Michael's in Katy! Beginners' Acrylic Painting Class is on Mondays at 3PM. Drawing Class is on Mondays at 1PM. Sign up for either of these classes this Saturday and get $10 off the regular price.
